Contractor shall not damage trees which shall remain in place. Damage to trees such as mature oaks, hickory, walnut etc. shall be assessed at $400.00 per caliper inch, measured 4 1/2 feet above the ground. Damage charges will be assessed directly to the Contractor Project completion Project must be completed no later than May 30, 2025.
