The scope of work for this project involves the replacement of two (2) mid-efficiency Raypak boilers that have reached the end of their operational lifespan. These existing boilers, which are sizable and occupy a significant portion of the Mechanical Room, are connected to large flue pipes that extend through the roof. Additionally, a 3-inch gas pipe in the Mechanical Room supplies both the heating boilers and a domestic hot water tank. The objective is to replace the existing boilers with new high-efficiency instantaneous boilers.
