Reference Number 0000285362 Question Acceptance Deadline 31-Jan-2025 03:00:00 PM EST Pre-Construction services help to deliver all CPG GO, UP and Rapid Transit projects on time and within budget through expert and timely support on matters pertaining to environmental assessments, utilities, property acquisition, Indigenous relations, and third-party agreements. The Environmental Program and Assessment (EPA) team leads and oversees archaeological assessments and associated works, which form a critical part of pre-construction activities. This VOR will ensure effective delivery of due diligence works related to unforeseen archaeological issues that may arise on major infrastructure construction projects. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion. The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of archaeological consulting services from a pool of qualified Vendors on an emergent basis over an initial contract term of one (1) year plus two (2) additional option years. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Request Document.
