Reference Number 0000285152 Question Acceptance Deadline 27-Jan-2025 01:30:00 PM EST This assignment in Eastern Region will be used to deliver the Construction Contract Administration services on various construction contracts under a retainer agreement. The term of this agreement will begin on or about April 1, 2025 and continue to March 31, 2027. The geographical area will include highways in the Ottawa East portion of the region, in particular: All of Highway 34 Highway 7, from Perth (Cty Rd 511) easterly to Hwy 417 Highway 15, from Smith Falls northerly to Carleton Place Highway 416, from Kemptville (Cty Rd 43) northerly to Hwy 417 Highway 417, from Hwy 7 easterly to Quebec Border MTO reserves the right to reject any and all Quotation Submissions, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information. Without prejudice, the ministry may request Clarification where any Proponent's intent is unclear and may waive or request amendment where, in the opinion of MTO if there is an irregularity or omission in the information that has been submitted in a required document.
