Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brillion, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of installing a concrete sidewalk on the northern library lawn. The library has raised the funds needed to move forward with phase 1 of the Brillion Public Library Reading Garden project. This includes installing 2,803 square feet of concrete for walkways. The specifications of this installation include 4.5" Thickness of Concrete, 4500 PSI, #3 Rebar/ 2' on center, 5" of 3/4" compacted Road Gravel Base, concrete set at proper grade for heights and drainage, and conduit under walkway for electrical. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interest of the Brillion Public Library. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS- No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. All bids shall be addressed to Lydia Dill, Library Director, Brillion Public Library, 326 N Main St, Brillion, WI 54110. Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the bidder and the RFP for which the bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the bid forms included with the RFP document.
