The project is officially known as Spring Creek Plans. The project is described as the daylighting of Spring Creek and the restoration of the surrounding area to accommodate future development. The scope of work involves the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer line with a new system, the abandonment and bulkheading of an existing box culvert and the installation of a new box culvert along the new stream alignment, and the modification and/or relocation of existing water and gas utilities as necessary to support the grading and restoration activities. The areas along the proposed creek alignment will be seeded and restored to a natural condition. This site is in Brillion, WI. Approximate Quantities (BASE BID): Removal of 1300 SY of Concrete/Asphalt, 20 Trees and 1700 SY of clearing and grubbing. 32400 CY of soil will be moving around on site and compaction, and 47000 CY import and compaction, 12000 CY will be filling, 1400 CY will be hauling to landfill. Removing 471 LF of sanitary pipe and manholes, 1100 LF of new sanitary pipe and manholes. Under Park Avenue installing 142 LF of 4'x4' Box Culvert with headwalls. 600 LF of wood toe, 700 gram coir mats, riffle mixes, and seeding.
