Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brillion, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Provide sealed bid proposals for all work shown in the bidding documents. In general, the project consists of reconstruction of the existing 6525' of asphalt roadway along Bastian Road, between USH 10 and Rusch Road. The reconstruction work includes pulverizing the existing roadway, grading, hot mix asphalt paving, reinforced concrete pavement, and aggregate shouldering. The work includes 3860 tons of HMA pavement, 295 SY of concrete pavement, 4650 tons of 1 1/4 inch base aggregate, and 990 tons of 3/4 inch base aggregate. All work must comply with the 2019 Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. This project is a Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) project, specifically, the Town Road Discretionary Improvement Program (TRID). A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bidder must provide their own standard form of agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds upon award of the contract. QUALIFICATIONS Bidders shall prequalify prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.0901(2). RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
