Renovation of an educational facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
J.S. Clark Locker Room Restroom Renovation BID SECURITY equal to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218 must be attached to and made a part of the bid. If a bid bond is provided it shall be on the provided form and only on the provided form. Bid bonds must be written by a qualified company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. For this project, Liquidated Damages will apply in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars ($400) per day for each consecutive calendar day which the work is not completed, beginning with the first day beyond the established completion date of 73 days. Note: Louisiana Licensed Contractor Required for This Project With A Major Classification as General Contractor. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids
