Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of Four (4) Storm Safe Area Additions to the following Elkhorn Public Schools Buildings, Skyline Elementary School, Hillrise Elementary School, Westridge Elementary School and I.T./Teacher Training Conference Center in Elkhorn, Nebraska, under the Architect's Project Number JJA 3669, accordance with the Contract Documents. Construct the Work under a single stipulated sum contract. Doc Note - Bid Documents may be obtained from the offices of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)-592-4950. 1822 "N" Street, Lincoln NE 68508, (402)-474-5454 A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150.00 payable to Elkhorn Public Schools. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Bid security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the highest total dollar amount of the bid shall be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond is required, The Contractor shall be able to furnish same on Work to be performed. The substantial completion date required by the Owner is Tuesday. September 30.2025. Note; Weather delay time of fifteen ( 15) working days shall be built into the contractor's schedule.
