Westside Community Schools wishes to modify the existing chilled water plant to improve the operating performance of the existing equipment. The chilled water plant to be converted from a variable primary pumping system to a variable primary/secondary system. Mechanical contractor to provide service to existing chillers and cooling tower systems as outlined in the construction documents. The District will directly contract the controls work through Trane. The mechanical contractor shall coordinate directly with the controls contractor as required for installation of temperature controls. The District will directly contract commissioning with a third party. The mechanical contractor shall cooperate with the Commissioning Authority to complete all commissioning activities.
