Sports Field Lighting and Electrical Services The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from qualified electrical contractors to provide time and material services for the maintenance and repairs of Musco lights located at Sports Fields at various parks throughout the City. This includes the maintenance and repairs of walk path lighting, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any electrical issues at various parks throughout the City on an as needed basis. A site visit is not required. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Adriel Brown at email address: ajbrown@miramarfl.gov, no later than January 23, 2025. Contract under this Request for Quotations shall become effective upon the date of award and remain in effect for the remainder of the 2025 fiscal year or through September 30, 2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City.
