Renovation of an educational facility in Brevard, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of West Wing Boiler Transylvania Campus- Straus Building Provide service for the removal and replacement of the West Wing steam boiler, connection piping that may need replacement, condensate tank, piping, pumps, any power wiring and contacts or breakers to reconnect the new boiler. Contractor is responsible for all inspections, State and Local required to receive a green tag for operation. Daily cleanup of all work areas, paths of entry and material delivery or removal materials. Any damage to buildings, walkways and foliage will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at their expense. Any deficiencies found in the installation or materials used in the installation that would prevent receiving a green tag from inspectors will be the contractor's responsibility and expense to correct. The owner is to receive training on all equipment for facilities maintenance, training to include a scheduled walk-through for maintenance personnel.
