The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. The following work will be performed at the Little Rock Federal Building located in 700 W Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Market research is being conducted to identify potential Small Businesses concerns such as Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business with the capabilities, qualifications, and interest to perform the work required. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, material (unless otherwise noted) of all work requested for the elevator modernization at this location. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $22 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the sources sought, synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. In responding to this sources sought, please indicate your: (1) Interest as a Small Business contractor to include any Small Business Concern classification such as Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns; (2) Brief Capabilities Statement (no more than 2 pages), that include your company's qualifications to perform the work in this project; (3) brief description of your firm's past experience and qualifications completing elevator modernization projects, and (4) a complete and current record of your System for Award Management (SAM - www.sam.gov) information which includes DUNS number, Organization name, address, contact name, email address, Web site address, telephone number, type of organization, and small business type(s).
