Site work and paving for a civil project in Slinger, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project involves the installation of storm water improvements at the Slinger Speedway site, including grading of the infield of the track, 470 LF of storm sewer pipe installation, catch basins, and end section, installation of a Contech CDS hydrodynamic separator structure, asphaltic concrete paving, erosion control, and restoration. This project also includes two mandatory alternate bids, the first one involving 465 tons of asphaltic paving and 900 tons of crushed base aggregate in the infield of the track, and the second one involving cured in place storm sewer pipe lining of 210 L.F. of 10-inch storm sewer. Est. Completion Date: July 1, 2025 Pre-Qualification :Yes A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Slinger at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Slinger equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Slinger as liquidated damages.
