Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hartland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Anticipated award date will be on the 2nd week of February. h water valves, 1 mainline 8-inch water valve, 2 hydrants and hydrant valves and hydrant leads, replacement of valve box sections, replacement of catch basin frame and grates, manhole frame and covers, resetting existing catch basin frames, replacement of manhole and catch basin concrete adjustment rings, sanitary and storm manhole cone replacement, full catch basin replacement, concrete curb and gutter replacement, asphalt and concrete driveway replacements, asphalt roadway patching, landscape restoration, erosion control, and traffic control. Pre-Qualification: Yes Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Hartland equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Hartland as liquidated damages. Village of Hartland reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
