Project involves approximately 33,558 L.F. of road crack and joint routing, cleaning, and sealing in various locations throughout the Village, localized traffic control and street sweeping of work areas. Only seal curb flanges on roads indicated in the roads list. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holder's of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineers opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Hartland at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Hartland equal to 5 percent of the Bid.
