Basis of Quotation: Per Lineal Foot, F.O.B. any location in Lapeer County. 1. All material quoted shall meet the current standard specifications of the Michigan Department of Transportation for Class "IV", reinforced concrete pipe including structrues (manholes, inlets catch basins, etc.) ASTM C-76, C-478 C-507 C-655. Concrete precast box culverts shall reference ASTM 1577, . Specific reference is made in the latest addition of the Standard Specifications for Construction of the Michigan Department of Transportation. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Road Commission. 4. Purchase Orders are required for all purchases. This number must be given to vendor at the time of order placment and referenced on all packing lists, invoices and other correspondence. Failure to follow these requirements may result in delay or non-payment of invoices. 5. A letter of MDOT certification to be included with bid. 6. Any minimum load size or additional drop charges must be clearly noted on bid. 7. Delivery time in excess of five working days may be cause to utilize alternate vendors. ITEM #1 - Annual supply of reinforced concrete pipe. Prices to be firm for one (1) year from date of bid and F.O.B. Lapeer, Michigan. ITEM #2 - Annual supply of elliptical reinforced concrete pipe. Prices to be firm for one (1) year from date of bid and F.O.B. Lapeer, Michigan. ITEM #3 - Bidder shall attach other sheets showing prices for other products including but not limted to concrete structures, manholes, cathbasins, and box culverts. This will include sufficient information to define type of product, material specifications and all other related information to allow the Road Commission to evaluate the product. All prices to be firm for one (1) year from date of bid and F.O.B. Lapeer, Michigan. ITEM #4 - Bidder shall attach other sheets showing (base hour price) installation prices for bid products including but not limted to concrete structures manholes, cathbasins, box culverts, etc. This will include sufficient information to allow the Road Commission to reach out to Bidders to obtain qoutes on Projects within Lapeer County.
