The scope of work includes the list below Inspection of existing building for mechanical and plumbing systems (May need to be replaced and will include BMS) New electrical outlets and lighting Possible Structural - New Clearstory Windows (No windows exist currently) Infill of man doors and overhead doors Interior Design of spaces including furniture Personal Protection Devices (PPD) Cameras Access controls (Key Card) Possible security entrance/booth with metal detector Interior Design of spaces including furniture 10-12 Classrooms (Occupancy 20-25 Students) Barber College space Flex spaces Traditional Higher Ed Classroom Spaces Offices, conference room, lounge and restroom(s) for staff (estimated 15 FTE) Library, study rooms, commons area, and restrooms for Prisoners Storage Room Fire Suppression ACCEPTING RFP QUESTIONS UNTIL: Please do not submit online questions via VSS.
