Mowing will be a double swath 5' wide on both sides of roadway, on all local roads and intersections. The FIRST mowing will begin June 1 and be complete by July 25, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties. Mowing equipment will be able to cut brush and small trees up to 2 inches in diameter. Maps will be provided by the County and marked daily as to progress of mowing operation. Bid award will be made by Township. Successful bidder to be notified by May 1 as to Townships participating. Insurance requiremnents shall be required and obtain once notifed of work. Contractor agrees that it will promptly and properly attend to any complaints received by the Road Commission and/or Township regarding its operations including poor workmanship, complaints of damage to mailboxes,vehicles, trees and other property. Work on this system will be scheduled with the township supervisor. The township will control the limits of the work and quality control. Invoices will be sent to the road commission for payment. Bid is lump sum. Bidder to verify mileage and conditions prior to bidding. Please enter $0.00 if you do not wish to bid a Township.
