The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number L09139, titled Roof Replacement Project Higgins Hall and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The scope of work for Higgins Hall includes the complete replacement of the roof system, including but not limited to the roof membrane, insulation, roof edge fascia, flashing and blocking. The existing lightning protection system will be temporarily removed and reinstalled. Also included is the replacement in-kind of the exhaust fans located on the roof. Roof Replacement Project Higgens Hall All work on this Contract is to be completed by July 25, 2025, or within 150 days of Notice to Proceed. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
