Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
High School Serving Line Replacement project, which consists of demolishing the existing serving line and installing a new serving line, tilt skillet and fire suppression system. Contracts will be awarded for Food Service Construction only. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond shall be submitted with the Proposal in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The Contractor shall provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, before the award of the Contract. It is anticipated that the project will be awarded in December and start on June 2, 2025. Question Deadline 02/26/2025 QUESTIONS: Inquiries, requests for information and requests for clarifications should be directed in writing to the Architect at dmaines@ktharch.com - No questions will receive a response if they are submitted later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date. THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT to postpone or cancel receipt of bids, and to accept or to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part if the best interest of the Owner will be served thereby.
