Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Improve the Oakhurst Neighborhood Association by replacing the deteriorated concrete street, walk, and approaches. With this project we will also be correcting existing drainage issues, adding ADA curb ramps, and removing miscellaneous trees. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 This work shall consist of the fabrication, assembly, and installation of guardrail, guardrail transitions, and guardrail end treatments, in accordance with these requirements, and as shown on the plans. This work may also consist of the extension of existing guardrail with new guardrail, the removal of existing guardrail, or adjusting the height of existing guardrail.
