The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide PARKING LOT REPAIR SERVICES. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) San Luis Obispo Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Parking Lot Repair Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-12, Earthwork and Paving Contractors. B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, STD Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. C. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol San Luis Obispo Area Office 675 California Boulevard San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 3. The services shall be provided during: All work shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless other arrangements are approved by the CHP on-site contact. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Bidders shall immediately notify CHP if clarification is needed regarding the services sought or questions arise about the IFB and/or its accompanying materials, instructions, or requirements. Bidders shall submit questions via email to Sri Krishnamurthy at Sridharan.krishnamurthy@chp.ca.gov. Following the question submission deadline, the CHP will post a summary response of the questions and answers to be viewed electronically. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from May 1, 2025, or upon approval by the Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, through April 30, 2026. Bidders may email Sridharan.krishnamurthy@chp.ca.gov to request bid results. CHP reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this IFB if it is in the best interest of CHP to do so.
