Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 1 will accept sealed bid proposals for the RidgeGate - Havana Water Main Project in Sections 22 and 23, Township 6 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The project is located within Douglas County and the City of Lone Tree, Colorado and includes, but is not limited to; installation and maintenance of erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs), traffic control, and installation of approximately 1,550 linear feet of 12-inch water main. It is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be issued on March 17th, 2025. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after said closing time. Bidder pre-qualifications will not be required for this project; provided, however, upon evaluation of bids, the apparent low bidder must be prepared to demonstrate his qualifications by submitted evidence to the District such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located, and other requirements as may be specified in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check, payable to Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 1 in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Bid, to be retained by the District, will be required until a contract is executed. If the successful Bidder should fail to enter into a contract with the District, his check or bid bond will be held as liquidated damages, in which event the Contract may then be awarded to the next lowest qualified bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Owner is in the best interest of Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 1.
