The Harris Central Appraisal District is issuing a formal Request for Proposal to remove and replace generator #3. Question Cut-off Questions or comments regarding this bid package must be submitted online via the Harris Central Appraisal District's electronic bidding portal no later than 4:00 P.M. February 14, 2025. This request for proposal does not commit the District to enter into any formal or informal construction arrangement, or to incur any costs related to the preparation of a response.
