Site work and paving for a golf course in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and for paving for a golf course.
Repaving Golf Course Maintenance Roads. Duck Creek Maintenance Facility - Parking lot is all gravel and needs 3" of asphalt overlaid. The area of the lot is approximately 21,000 SQFT. Minor grading will be required. Emeis Maintenance Facility - Driveway is currently asphalt, but pretty rough. Milling will be required to match existing base layer and 3" of asphalt overlaid. The area of the driveway is approximately 5,200 SQFT, 16' wide, 320' length. Duck Creek Maintenance - 4100 East Kimberly Road Emeis Maintenance - 3007 Wisconsin Avenue The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the repaving of the maintenance facility parking lot and driveways at Duck Creek Golf Course and Emeis Golf Course. This bid may be awarded to multiple contractors. Contractors may bid on one or both locations. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City's expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the repaving of the maintenance facility driveways at Duck Creek Golf Course and Emeis Golf Course Question Deadline 01/24/2025 at 9:00 AM CT
