The County of Henrico (the "County") Department of General Services ("DGS") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced offerors to establish a contract for Solar Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") services for utilization by County General Government and Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") operations.
