Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility; and for the addition of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Saint Peter City Hall Renovation and Additon The City of Saint Peter new City Hall project involves a renovation of the existing Scholarship America building and a new construction portion with a 9,000 SF building addition for bus parking and police department. The existing building is approximately 38,000 SF of which 30,000 SF on the main level and 8,000 in the lower level. The new construction portion includes a 9,000 SF addition on the north end of the existing building. Project includes a parking expansion, building addition and renovation of approximately 27,000 SF of the existing building.
