This RFP provides a general description of services anticipated, specifies submittal requirements, outlines selection criteria and explains the selection process. The response to this RFP (a "Proposal") should serve as a complete and detailed approach to providing the Services. This invitation, together with its Supplemental Information, comprises the RFP. The objective is for entities ("Contractors") responding to this RFP to submit sufficient information to allow the Town to select one contractor to enter into a contract for a three (3) year period subject to review and cancellation by the Town each year.
