The Village of Clarks Nebraska is soliciting bids for Contractors interested in providing services in Clarks, Nebraska to do updates to the City Park Bathrooms. Interested Contractors should contact the Village Clerk in advance of bidding to understand the scope of the project. Interested Contractors will submit a bid from engineered drawing, but not limited to, the following: * Removal of old doors, replace with a 36" door. * Removal of block wall between bathroom stalls to create one Unisex stall. * Update stall to have ADA compliant toilet, urinal, sink, grab bars, and baby changing station. * Installation of Water Heater * Removal of old sidewalk in front of bathroom stalls and re-pour with concrete that extends fi ve feet from the building to meet ADA compliancy. * Update any electrical, plumbing that is needed for the project. Prior to any work commencing on the properties, the Village of Clarks will provide confi rmation of water and sewer, and all electrical lines. Interested Contractors shall provide the Village of Clarks with a written quote on a fully executed Bid Form.
