Custodial services at the Grand River Station - Transit Center in accordance with the attached Cleaning Schedule. The term of the contract resulting from this RFP shall be for a period of three (3) years. Proposer shall provide services daily, five days a week (weekdays only), 253 days a year. No service on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. The City of La Crosse reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, or portion of, the proposals, to waive any technicality in any proposals submitted, and to accept any part of a proposal as deemed to be in the best interests of the City of La Crosse.
