5Th Floor Server Room Upgrade. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. The Notice to Contractors, the Information to Bidders, the Bid Proposal, the Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, Bid Bond and list of Subcontractors, the Performance-Payment Bond, the General Conditions, Specifications, Plans, Addenda (if any), and all ordinances of the City applicable to this contract shall be considered a part of the contract. The time for commencement of the work shall be no sooner than ten (10) days after Common Council shall have awarded the contract and shall be completed by August 1 st, 2025.
