Scope: Complete demolition of the structures, slabs and foundation along with any remaining contents. Disconnection and proper termination of all utilities to the property. Removal of all material from the site. Provision and compaction of fill dirt, topsoil, and seed. Work shall be in accordance with the Bidding Documents, including the Specifications and the Construction Drawings, if any Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Project Bid Proposal Form. The Contractor to whom work is awarded will be required to furnish a General Contractors Bond acceptable by the City of Lafayette, Indiana. No Bidder may withdraw their proposal within a period of thirty (30) days following the date set for receiving bids. The City of Lafayette, Indiana, reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than thirty (30) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect during said time. The City of Lafayette, Indiana, further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any Bidder or Bidders, all to the advantage of the City of Lafayette, Indiana, or to reject all bids.
