Each bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly marked with the name and place of business of the bidder, and the contract for which the bid is submitted. Contract price will be based upon a complete exemption of Indiana State Sales Tax, and if later determined that a tax must be paid by Owner, contract price will be adjusted to reflect this liability of Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price.
