The Southern Ute Indian Housing Authority is requesting bids for Shoshone Apartments Painting & Repair project for 3 - 2 story apartments buildings on the Southern Ute Reservation. The bid should include the cost of labor and materials in completing this project. If a BID is under $150,000, no BID BOND, PERFORMANCE BOND, or PAYMENT BOND will be required. If a BID exceeds the $100,000 threshold, then a BID BOND, PERFORMANCE BOND, and a PAYMENT BOND will be required. Work to include repair primer paint/replacement: Material specs: Multipurpose wood primer, high quality oil based exterior paint, Needs to be approved Daily work inspections will be done including but not limited to safety, job quality and job performance. Any additional work will be discussed prior to approval and possible change order. Other additional work for repairs or replacement ofneeded materials will be accepted ifjustification for additional material and labor is requested by Contractor. Change Orders will not be automatically given without justification of costs and accepted as necessary for quality purposes.
