Liquidated Damages: $100.00 *The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. SCOPE OF WORK A. The project described herein is the 729 Arapeen Boiler Replacement. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state.
