Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Campbell River, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a retail development; and multi-residential development.

Proposed construction of a temporary supportive housing around 45 low-income tenants, many with complex needs. Scope of work to be finalized. TIMELINE: The City has issued a Request for an Expression of Interest with the intent of partnering with a qualified, visionary developer eager to invest in Campbell River and collaborate on this redevelopment. The successful proponent is expected to be announced in the near future. Master planning is underway. No further update has been released for this project at this time. Further update in early spring, 2026.
