Indoor PH Leisure Pool Resurfacing 2025 The Bolingbrook Park District will accept sealed bids for 'Indoor PH Leisure Pool Resurfacing 2025' Contractor shall follow all specifications for work associated with the installation of said product per the manufacturer specifications. Pool's current system is a diamondbrite system. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install the INTER-GLASS pool interior system. Contractorshall follow all specifications for work associated with the installation of said product per the manufacturer specifications. Pools current system is a diamondbrite system.
