Furnish and Deliver Ready Mix Concrete Bid Valid 120 Days Question Deadline 01/23/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) is seeking a qualified supplier(s) to provide and deliver ready mix concrete on an as-needed basis to various locations within the CVWD service area. Concrete will be delivered to job sites as requested by District personnel. Most orders are expected to be for short loads, with quantity and mixture type varying depending on the specific requirements of each job. Bidders shall meet the specifications and standards outlined in the RFB and the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction "Greenbook" latest edition.. The selected supplier must provide all necessary resources and equipment to ensure timely delivery of the specified concrete to the designated locations at the agreed upon times. The District reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest bidder, if determined to be in the best interest of the District, taking into consideration all factors including but not limited to compliance with specifications, past performance, availability of goods or appropriate personnel, freight cost, delivery time, services offered, and location.
