DFCM Construction-Prequalified Electrical-Fairpark Administration Building Lighting Upgrade Only Firms Pre-qualified During Stage I of the RFS Are Allowed to Bid on This Project The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Fairpark Administration Building Lighting Upgrade Utah State Fairpark Salt Lake City, Utah Project Description: Demo and install all light fixtures on Level 1 Upgrade Level 1 lighting controls Replace Level 1 ceiling grid tiles, grid to remain in place. Demo and install light partial light fixtures on Level 2 No lighting controls upgrades on Level 2 Replace 7 existing parking lot pole light fixtures and controls. Poles to remain existing. **Contractor will be required to provide an accurate schedule to reduce disruption caused by this work.** Construction Cost Estimate: $300,000.00 Questions Deadline: Tuesday, January 28, 2025 3:00 PM
