Questions Due Date: Feb 7th 2025, 2:00 PM MST Online Portal The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to enter into an annual contract to provide: Lawn Mowing Services according to the attached specifications and documents. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. This expenditure requires GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the March 4, 2025 meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given. Contractors will begin mowing and edging your lawns starting the week of April 21st and ending October 17th. They will mow the front and borders of the campus. The Grounds Department will continue mowing all the fields and large areas. Contractor employees will be in marked clothing and are expected to blow off all debris left from their service. We will be relying on you to be the eyes and ears of what is going on at your school. If things are not getting mowed and edged or string trimmed, please let us know. Will you please make sure not to water the night before or the day of your scheduled mow. Will you also unlock any applicable gates on the day of your mow. Below is the schedule they should be using, we have given the contractors one day grace period to mow so don't be alarmed if they show up to mow a day before or a day after your scheduled mow day.
