Scope of Work: This fixed contract is to provide all products, labor, tools, equipment, services and incidentals to repair mitered corners of the exiting gutter system, repair bends in metal gutter system, clean and prep gutters, reroute improper downspouts, and install new aluminum leaf guard flat screens on the entire system at Broward County's Quiet Waters Park Bald Eagle Shelter per the Specifications and Requirements for the Parks and Recreation Division. The Contractor shall repair no fewer than twelve (12) mitered edges on gutters to be identified by the Project Manager. 2. The Contractor shall straighten bends and damaged gutters to allow proper leaf guard installation. 3. The Contractor shall clean gutters to allow for repairs and new additions. 4. The Contractor shall relocate two (2) existing downspouts to locations approved by the Project Manager. 5. The Contractor shall ensure all gutter additions shall be of a matching color and size (6") or alternate must be approved by the Project Manager. 6. The Contractorshall install gutter leaf guards/screens on entire system, approximately 630 linear feet +/- 10%. Guards/screens shall be designed to severely limit the number of leaves and pine needles entering the gutter system and shall fit over the gutters at an estimated width of 7" total. The Contractor is responsible for exact field measurements, and submittal of a bid will indicate that the Contractor is fully familiar with the work to be performed and has examined the site. 7. The Contractor shall ensure gutter leaf guards are made of aluminum or other metallic and non-corrosive material (i.e. stainless steel). No other metals or plastics will be accepted
