Reference Number 0000373616 Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet (LF) of new four-strand barbed wire fencing along with an estimated 10 minor fence repairs and the installation of five gates. The estimated construction cost is $25,000. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for February 24, 2025, or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding. Question Deadline 02/03/2025 Submit any requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents or regarding this Invitation for Bid in writing to the Purchasing Manager. Inquiries will be emailed to cosmpurchasing@sanmarcostx.gov The Owner will consider all inquiries received at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date.
