Reference Number : 0000375320 Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to demolition and complete reconstruction of the Police Department training driving track, concrete demolition and footing installation for a pre-engineering metal building canopy structure, installation of approximately 260 ft of conduit to power future gates (by others) and site preparation of the existing shooting range for installation of a future bullet trap (by others) including all required concrete and electric work at the San Marcos Police Station. The estimated construction cost for this project is $1,657,787. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov.
