Submittal Information: Direct & Hays County Purchasing Office Contact Person: purchasing@hayscountytx.gov Questions concerning this RFP must be received in writing no later than 5:00 February 25, 2025 Hays County (Owner) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm who can provide temporary security partitions to establish two separate security screening areas at the Hays County Government Center located at 712 South Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, TX 78666. Scope of Work The current layout at the Government Center allows for free access to all levels of the facility by visitors. Separation of circulation to control access is required. Administrative functions occupy the first level of the Center with the courts on the upper levels. Access to the Administrative functions should be open to the public, while access to the courts should be more controlled. Two queuing areas will direct visitors to the appropriate security screening area. The purpose of this solicitation is to address this issue with security panels that meet the criteria in the following sections. See Attachment A for layout and measurements. Hays County will accept bids/proposals, by the stated due date by one of the following methods: ____ 1.
