Project Scope: The scope of the project includes providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide pavement preparation and roadway striping services as required over miscellaneous City streets as identified by the Owner and executed utilizing multiple IDIQ work orders as necessary. The anticipated annual expenditure is $90,000. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is tentatively scheduled for the Tuesday, May 6, 2025, City Council meeting, at 6:00 p.m., or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing & Contracting Division only at SRobertson@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number, 224-240, when corresponding.
