Question Deadline 03/05/2025 at 5:00 PM CT or 15 calendar days prior to bid opening. Please reference solicitation number when corresponding. The successful Respondent will provide real estate appraisal services to the City on-call on as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) REQUESTED SERVICES: a. Provide surveying services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period. b. Provide a cost estimate for the requested survey report based on contracted valued within two (2) business days after request from the City. City requests may be made via telephone or email. c. Disclose any potential conflict of interest that it may have prior to commencing any survey services. d. Conduct all surveys based on the guidelines in Section 2) below. e. Submit an invoice for each survey conducted, per Master Agreement. f. Deliver all surveys within twenty-one (21) calendar days unless specifically agreed to otherwise in writing by the City. 2) PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYING: Each survey report will be delivered to the City within the agreed upon schedule after authorization to proceed. The types of survey reports include, but are not limited to the following: a. Boundary surveys; b. Land title surveys; c. Right-of-Way surveys; d. Route surveys; e. GPS surveying services; f. Topographic/Tree surveys; g. Channel cross-sections and profiles; h. Construction staking; i. As-built surveys (in accordance with the city's GIS Submittal Checklist); j. Design surveys; k. Easement descriptions; L Project/Primary control surveys; and m. Permitting surveys. From the proposal received, the City will develop an on-call list of successful respondents. This list will be in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of City Council approval. The City anticipates selecting and entering into agreements with up to five (5) on-call firms to provide Services for all City departments. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Including Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, Independent Contractors Liability, Contractual Liability, Product Liability and Completed Operations Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit, per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate. City will be included as an additional insured party.
