**As of March 19, 2025 the project has not been awarded yet. The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project provides for the extension of the existing traffic signal interconnect along James St. & a section along S. Salina St., connecting back to the traffic control center located at the City of Syracuse DPW offices. There is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation requirement for this project of 6%. The affirmative action goals include a minority utilization of 3.8% and utilization goal of 6.9% for women. Checks transferred from other jobs will not be accepted. To have bid documents mailed, please provide us with your Fed-Ex account number to be billed directly. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
