Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project generally includes milling and paving of existing parking areas and drive lanes, replacement of existing sidewalk areas, construction of ADA curb ramps, frame and grate replacement of existing catch basins, and pavement line striping. Other site improvement features shall be included within this scope of work as mentioned within the contract documents. It is noted that this work is intended to be completed throughout the months in which school is not in session during the summer of 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds are required for this work. COMPLETION DATE: 68 Days from NTP The owner reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, or informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the owner, and to reject any or all proposals.
