Actual award amount: $112,739.30 The work under Contract No. 2020-01 generally consists of the trenchless CIPP lining of approximately 3,350 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe using the steam cure method. This project is financed in part by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. BIDDER'S SURETY -- A certified check payable to North & South Shenango Joint Municipal Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within twenty (20) days of contract being awarded to successful bidder.
